Welcome — what this board is for
This is the English side of a site written mostly in Korean, for people who run or are starting a business.
Why a separate English board? Because mixed-language threads tend to lose both audiences. Here you can write in English and be read by people who read English. The Korean boards work the same way in Korean.
What this board is good for:
- Introducing yourself and what you are building
- Questions about doing business in Korea — registration, taxes, suppliers, hiring, logistics
- Questions from Korean readers who want to practise writing in English
What to expect:
- It is new, so there is very little here yet. Whoever writes first sets the tone.
- No stock tips, no service promotion. Reviews of tools you actually paid for are welcome if you disclose any relationship.
- Answers here are the opinions of other users, not professional advice. Verify anything tax- or law-related with a licensed professional.
One thing worth saying honestly: most of the site's current content is about the Korean market — Korean tax rules, Korean small-business statistics, Korean real estate data. The topics that genuinely overlap for both audiences are US-listed ETFs, bonds, and business models, and that is where the English articles will start.
